Getting in touch
You can get in touch with the service providers of the car rental company that you have chosen to deal with either online, by phone call or see them in person by moving to their offices. Booking online

- If all indicators are working
- Is the engine serviced?
- Ensure the car is clean
Features in the car and any facilities if any

Drop off time and location
At the time of picking the rental car, you are required to give your service provider the location where you will drop the car on return. We also agree on the time at which the car should be dropped. You are advised to return the vehicle on the exact date and time earlier agree upon or else, you will incur penalty fees.
